Mrs Oyo-Ita Winifred (born 20th of April, 1964) had her Secondary School Education at Queen’s College, Yaba from 1974 – 1980 and Advanced Levels at Federal Government College, Malali, Kaduna before proceeding to the University of Lagos where she studied and obtained a BSc.

(Hons) Degree in Accounting in the year 1984. She also holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the Nasarawa State University. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN)

Mrs Oyo-Ita Winifred has an impressive and well-documented work experience spanning over 30 years, including being the first female Indigenous Managing Director/CEO of Cross River Estates Limited, between 1993 – 1995.
