Stanislaus "Stan" Valchek is a fictional character on the HBO drama The Wire, played by actor Al Brown.[1]
Biography
Valchek is the Polish-American commander of the Baltimore Police Department in the Southeastern district, home to many of the remaining ethnic white neighborhoods in Baltimore.
